See my linked post. Dealer told me L3430HST-LA723 = 20900, L3430HSTC (w/ cab)-LA723 = 26800 both w/ R1 agg tires, LA723 loader w/ grill guard. Based on what I was told and the equipment you're getting your price looks reasonable (you've really got to like/need that cab for 5900). ....

I put a down payment on this tractor today. The dealer is trying to find one in Ohio. The dealer is local to me. Rex Murphy, Mechanicsburg Implement, 937-834-2307. I got a few extra goodies (BL80A posthole digger, 9 inch auger, rear work lights, quarter panel defogger kit, radio mount kit) that raised the final price to $30,900.
The cab is essential to getting my wife to use this tractor. I work 70+ hours per week, so getting my wife to mowe our newly acquired 6 acres will be huge. My wife has allergies and a horrible aversion to cold (snow blowing);).
